Leadership is not about control or dominance—it is about service, humility, and faithfulness. Jesus set the perfect example of a leader, showing love, compassion, and wisdom. Mark 10:45 states, "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." When men rely on God’s strength rather than their own, they become impactful, faith-driven leaders.
